About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Person who will:

• Assist the retail team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Help customers find the perfect e-bike to meet their needs.
• Receive new stock and organize it on the shelves.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage messages.
• Facilitate test rides for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including setup and pack down.

Position Details

We’re flexible for the right person! While Saturdays are essential, we can offer:

• Full-time role: Tuesday to Saturday
  Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Casual/Permanent Part-Time: Monday and Saturday, with the option for additional hours during the week.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong people and communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
• Physical capability to move and store stock.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a motivated work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Genuine love for cycling and bikes.
