About the Role:

Join our team and immerse yourself in a picturesque holiday destination that feels like a getaway in itself! As the Guest Experience Officer, you'll partner with the Operations Manager to keep our park and front office running like clockwork while delivering exceptional service to guests and homeowners alike.

Responsibilities of the Guest Experience Officer:

Delight Guests: Be the friendly face and voice that makes every guest feel welcome and cared for.

Own the Frontline: Handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Master Bookings: Seamlessly manage reservations, cancellations, and transitions.

Keep Finances Flowing: Oversee deposits, homeowner fees, and booking payments with precision.

Solve Problems Like a Pro: Tackle guest concerns with speed and empathy, turning challenges into opportunities.

Drive the Fun: Promote accommodations and park activities with enthusiasm and charm.
