We currently have a casual Front Office Receptionist position available. You must be available 2-3 weeknights and some Saturday nights and Sundays.

The hourly rate is $31 an hour throughout the week with an increase after 7pm. Our Saturday rates are $37 and Sundays are $44.

At Quest Apartments we pride ourselves in providing a wonderful and positive guest experience to make our guests stay effortless. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a team but can also work independently. Previous reception experience would be ideal however it is not essential. We use the RMS operation system and full training on this will be provided.

The job duties include:

Welcoming guests with a wonderful customer service experience as well as a wonderful check out experience

Answering the phone

Replying to emails

Managing reservations and assigning guests to rooms

Handling all guests requirements and needs

Providing guests with local knowledge and restaurant recommendations around Wagga

Making reservations bookings and processing payment

Liaising with the Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Supervisor and Housekeeping team

Extensive one on one training will be provided to the successful applicant before commencing your role on a solo basis.
