We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in financial services and deep expertise as a Service Owner. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex, critical systems for large-scale enterprises, with a solid foundation in production support, release management, and project delivery.

This role is critical in ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, managing the full lifecycle from planning through to production deployment and support. You will act as the glue between business, technology, and operations, ensuring seamless coordination and ownership across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of critical technology projects within financial services, ensuring they meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Act as a Service Owner, owning the operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement of key production systems.
• Drive release management processes, ensuring smooth deployments with minimal business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
• Oversee production support activities, manage incidents, and ensure effective root cause analysis and remediation.
• Implement and refine ITIL-aligned practices including incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements relevant to financial services.
• Provide regular updates, reporting, and risk management at both the operational and executive level.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in delivery/project management, with at least 3+ years as a Service Owner in financial services.
• Proven track record managing business-critical systems in large enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of production support frameworks and incident management.
• Strong experience in release management, deployment planning, and cutover execution.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile delivery methods, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and application architecture is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, SAFe, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to service monitoring and observability tools.
