About the company
We are a well established Plumbing company in the Western suburbs of Melbourne working for high volume building companies operating for over 30 years located in Sunshine West looking for an Admin/accounts person with good knowledge of the requirements of a small company with up to 15 staff.
Duties & Responsibilites
Responsible for all Administration & accounts requirements and assisting the Director of the business.
Daily tasks include updating work orders & job files, emails & coordinating inspections & appointments, applications and the like.
Scanning & Photocopying
Entering & Tracking purchase orders
Coordinating apprenticeship training.
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Invoicing
Payroll & Superannuation
Long Service Leave
General office duties
Additional duties as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration
MYOB software experience
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Previous Experience in the plumbing/building industry preferred but not essential.
