Responsibilities:

Offer exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, including post-sale

Convert online or in-store leads, whether qualified or unqualified

Attention to detail with basic CRM and ERP functions related to quotes and sales pipeline

Understand and communicate ring customization requirements between customers and production

Assist in fostering and growing a team culture of respect and success

Requirements:

Previous experience as a diamond and jewellery sales consultant within Australia

Able to work weekends

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Enthusiasm for showcasing luxury products

Team player

Positive and outgoing personality

Participate in maintaining the showroom to a high presentation standard

Assist the Marketing department on events or other requests

Preferred:

Professionals in luxury diamond retail with a proven track record of sales

Australian permanent resident/citizen

Ambitious professionals who want to see growth within the GS Diamonds business
