This is a permanent part-time position (0.6 or 0.8 FTE) and will be based in our Cannington office. Hours of work can be spread across Monday to Friday. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can be available on every Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly respond with professionalism to inquiries about invoices, ensuring accurate information is provided to clients and stakeholders.
  • Reissue invoices or implement changes with precision, guaranteeing that accurate documents reach their destination without delay.
  • Proactively pursue clients with late payments, employing effective communication to encourage timely settlement and maintain positive relationships.
  • Discreetly dispatch payment reminders, utilising appropriate channels and maintaining a poised and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the client relationship team, deciphering client needs and preferences to foster positive, lasting relationships.
  • Perform a graceful dance across cross-functional teams, providing support beyond accounts and payments, contributing to the organisation’s overall efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of processes and systems related to invoice management, orchestrating improvements that harmonise with organisational goals.
  • Compose detailed reports and maintain precise records related to accounts receivable, payments, and other financial data.

Day in the Life:

  • Start the day with a smooth rhythm, promptly responding to emails and investigating queries, setting a positive tone.
  • Navigate the day by addressing late payments and handling invoice queries with a composed yet effective approach, ensuring a steady financial flow.
  • Coordinate service bookings with precision, working seamlessly with the client relationship team for a harmonious collaboration.
  • Maintain a steady tempo in the afternoon while reviewing additional invoice queries and continuing efforts to resolve late payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a supportive manner, contributing to organisational efficiency with a practical mindset.
  • Evaluate processes with a focused approach, making necessary improvements without overshadowing simplicity and clarity.
  • Record-Keeping Harmony: Maintain a harmonious approach to record-keeping and reporting, ensuring a clear and concise financial picture.
  • Conclude the day by reflecting on accomplishments, ensuring a well-organized plan for the next day without losing the day's positive vibes.

What you’ll get:

  • A fulltime equivalent salary range of $60k - 70k paid pro rata - salary packaging of up to $18,550

What you’ll need:

  • An ability to develop positive relationships through empathy and effective communication, including with people from all backgrounds

  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
