Experienced Property Manager

This position requires the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.

As a Property Manager within the Leasing POD at Harcourts Prestige Real Estate, this candidates responsibilities will include:

Tenancy sign up and key handover (once approved and placed)

Drafting and finalising new lease agreements

Tenancy arrears

Submission of bonds

Processing maintenance requests/work orders

Vacating tenancies

Lease renewals

Ingoing and outgoing PCR compiling and finalising

PCR negotiations/bond release

Manage incoming/outgoing emails according to role allocation

Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders

Attend company events, quarterly awards nights and functions (where possible)

An ability to develop productive long-term relationships with clients

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you will require:

Current Property Management registration (DMIRS)

Previous Real Estate property management experience within a similar role

Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Strong understanding of Property Tree/Inspection Express/Vault RE (not a must have but preferable)

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Strong time management and administrative skills

Attention to detail with organisational skills

Be able to work independently or in a team environment

Great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets - driven and motivated

A highly motivated and positive "can do" attitude

Professional physical presentation at all times

Excellent written and verbal communication
