As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing over-arching support to a category or procurement team in order to ensure compliance with Advisory & Continuous Improvement processes, and ensuring effective systems are in place to manage the supplier contracts, including contract execution, contract amendment and contract extension. You will also provide support to the implementation of procurement processes as required, in addition to responding to queries from stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary.

What you'll do

• Manage contract management systems to ensure contracts are registered and managed in accordance to agreed System Procurement policies and procedures.
• Develop service level vendor contracts including identification of vendors requiring contracts, renewal of existing contracts and ensuring currency of existing contracts.
• Ensure all vendor regulatory requirements including insurances, security cards and registrations are current.
• Maintain accurate and effective record management systems to ensure high purchasing and administrative integrity.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contemporary procurement and category management practices and issues, relevant regulations and the ability to deliver best-value quality customer services.
• Supplier engagement experience including identifying performance issues, providing constructive feedback to suppliers based on evidence and supporting the resolution of minor contract issues.
