Since 1904, our client provides specialized industrial hardware, rubber, seating, furniture and fit out solutions for the truck, bus, rail and marine industries, as well as the recreational and emergency vehicle markets. Their products and solutions are found across Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, Europe, USA and Canada.

The Accounts Team Leader oversees the full debtor function, including receiving payments, following up on outstanding debts, reconciling accounts, and enhancing internal processes. This role also supports the daily operations of UES International's Finance division and offers a clear career path for growth in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare client variations invoices, deposit and final invoices through Framework.

Prepare manual invoices where required.

Receipt and allocate funds on a daily basis including investigation of miscellaneous amounts.

Prepare banking and attend bank on a daily basis.

Reconcile credits on bank statement on a daily basis for all bank accounts.

Import and integrate on a daily basis.

Ensure integrity of data, check integrations and troubleshoot where required.

Update Framework with information in relation to chase up of payments.

Investigate deposits and allocation to client ledgers.

Rebate/referral invoice as required.

Debtor, General Ledger and clear accounts Reconciliations of various accounts.

Prepare various reports for Management as required.

Telephone attendances with clients for chase up of payments.

Other responsibilities or duties as directed by Management.

General office duties when required.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven 3-5 year experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, with knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software preferred.

Experience in Pronto is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
