About Us

We are a small, boutique building consultancy based in Balmain. Over the years, we’ve developed a bespoke automation system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage new orders, bookings, and generate detailed building reports.

This solution is central to our operations, and we are now seeking a senior, hands-on developer to help us refine, enhance, and scale this platform as we continue to grow.

The Role

We’re looking for a technically skilled and proactive Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant / Developer who will:

Enhance and further develop our in-house Dynamics 365 solution

Streamline and automate workflows across departments

Ensure system efficiency, reliability, and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Work closely with the Director to identify and implement improvements

Design, develop, and implement Power Pages solutions within Dynamics 365

Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales modules

Build and deploy plugins, workflows, and custom entities

Integrate Power Pages with Dynamics 365 and external systems

Customize Power Pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and Azure services

Provide technical guidance across the full project lifecycle

Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and follow best practices

Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform developments

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM modules)

Strong skills in customisation, configuration, and integration within D365

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, PowerApps, and SQL

Experience developing Power Pages (D365 Portals)

Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid

Experience with Azure services, API integrations, and custom connectors

Knowledge of security models and access control within Dynamics 365 and Power Pages

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform (desirable)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Consultant or Developer in relevant technologies

Requirements

Must have full Australian working rights (Permanent Resident or Citizen only)

Must be available to start immediately or with minimal notice
