Senior Product Manager – Digital Channels (Web & Ecommerce)

They are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the next phase of their digital transformation, focusing on web platforms, ecommerce, and customer engagement at scale.
About the Role
This is a high-profile, senior leadership role that will give you exposure to executive decision-making and strategic planning across the organisation. As the Senior Product Manager, you will manage a cross-functional team and oversee the digital roadmap with a particular focus on web channels, ecommerce, and customer engagement.
Your role will be critical in driving significant digital product transformations, enhancing user engagement, conversion rates, and driving improved service delivery.
You will be responsible for leading a diverse and capable team, working closely with senior leadership to influence strategy and create impact across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of web and ecommerce digital products, focusing on top-of-funnel strategies, user conversion, and performance optimisation.
- Own the product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive web performance and optimisation strategies, leveraging data to continuously enhance page speed, load time, and overall user experience.
- Transform business strategy into actionable user stories, epics, and product features with clear success metrics and ROI indicators.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, using insights from A/B testing, user behaviour analytics, and feedback to refine and optimise digital products.
- Oversee web performance metrics, including SEO, site speed, bounce rates, and conversion rates, ensuring best practices are followed to enhance user engagement.
- Work closely with senior leadership, ensuring product strategy aligns with broader organisational objectives.
About You
- Significant experience in digital product management or leadership, ideally in ecommerce, top-of-funnel optimisation, or customer engagement.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams and influence key stakeholders at senior levels.
- Expertise in web optimisation techniques, including page speed, load times, SEO, and user experience improvements.
- Experience with web technologies such as AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of web development, ecommerce architecture, and integrations.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile product delivery, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products
- Passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
