You’ll be delivering new-build industrial and commercial projects across Melbourne. The business has multiple upcoming projects, including owner-occupied warehouse developments, dangerous goods manufacturing plants, and Childcare projects.

Known for delivering sharp, clean, and efficient high-spec projects—warehouses, logistics facilities, and manufacturing plants—this Melbourne-based builder has carved out a strong position in the industrial space. With commercial projects now adding to the pipeline, they’re on the lookout for another experienced Project Manager.

This role has been created due to growth. You’ll be stepping into a business that’s structured, well-supported, and genuinely good to work for. The systems are there to help you—not slow you down. The directors are hands-on and open—what you see is what you get. They're transparent, approachable, and focused on building a great team.

Every two months, the team checks in with a third-party HR partner—an independent sounding board you can talk to, give feedback to, or lean on when needed. Regular social catch-ups keep things connected and enjoyable. The business also has implemented bonuses for project teams who deliver projects that hit certain targets. This is very rare.

To hit the ground running, you’ll need at least two years of experience as a PM managing industrial or commercial new builds—from end to end. You will also need experience as a CA with a builder on commercial projects. A degree or diploma in Construction Management is essential.

The salary is up to $180k, including super, depending on your experience.
