Seeking a proactive and organised Planning Coordinator to support the operational planning function for utilities maintenance in Brisbane. This role offers the chance to work with a collaborative, values-driven team delivering essential services to the community.

About the Position
In this role, you will work closely with planners, supervisors, and field teams to support maintenance scheduling, work order coordination, and stakeholder communication. You'll contribute to process improvement, operational excellence, and the pursuit of ‘No Harm’ safety outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
Liaise with planners and supervisors to prepare and update maintenance schedules
Track and report on works completed across the service area
Support the coordination and dispatch of work orders
Communicate network isolation requirements to affected customers
Maintain operational spreadsheets and planning databases
Assist with permits and other client-related coordination activities
Support general administrative and reporting tasks
Skills and Experience Required
Prior experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience with maintenance services, utilities or infrastructure sectors desirable
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
