What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist Speech Pathologists in delivering therapy to children in various settings (home, school and clinic).

Provide individualised support to children, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and independence.

Help in creating, implementing and monitoring therapy plans to ensure positive outcomes.

Document progress and assist with assessments and reports, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of each child’s abilities.

Work closely with families, providing support and actively listening to their needs and goals.

Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, helping to create an integrated approach to care.

Assist with NDIS-related tasks, including providing documentation to help families access services.

What You Bring:

A genuine passion for helping children and families.

Experience or training in Speech Pathology or allied health services (not mandatory but desirable).

Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to and understand the needs of families.

A flexible, enthusiastic approach to your work.

Ability to travel and work at client sites as needed.

A commitment to providing neuro-affirming, strength-based and child-led care.
