About the Role

Carry out vineyard activities, including pruning, canopy management, trellis maintenance, pest and disease control, harvest operations, and property management, as well as assist with the supervision and training of the team and contractors responsible for these tasks.

Operate and supervise the operation of a range of vineyard machinery, including tractors, sprayers and under-vine machinery;

Commit to demonstrating and fostering safe work practices and habits;

Record and maintain records of vineyard activities:

Preference will be given to applicants who possess:

Experience in viticulture/horticulture/farming, with a genuine enthusiasm for wine and viticulture.

Tractor operations experience

Experience and knowledge in relation to the operation and maintenance of vineyard-related plant and equipment;

Chemical handling experience;

Demonstrate sound communication skills, willingness to learn and be part of a strong, cohesive team and willingness to take ownership of the role;

Current driver's licence
