RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily/Weekly

· Allocate customer receipts and reconcile bank account

· Enter supplier invoices and employee expense claims and submit for payment

· Answer any customer queries or redirect to appropriate person

· Process credit notes when requested and approved

· Ensure that receivables are collected promptly

· Reconcile where needed and chase payment of outstanding invoices

· Provide administrative support to management as requested Collect mail

· Bank reconciliations

Monthly

· Monthly billing - preparing and sending invoices for support and project work

· Manage Flow licence renewals

· Balance sheet reconciliations

EXPERIENCE

· Prior experience with the general finance, including month end close and reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll functions

· Exposure to and knowledge of superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover and other statutory requirements related to payroll.

· Exposure and an understanding of processing payroll (nice to have)

· Experience in a small to medium sized business

· Experience in a company growing overseas

· Good level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite of applications

· Education in accounting or similar field

· Completed CPA
