Shepherd Grain Moree is seeking an experienced site facility supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our packing and processing facility, ensuring efficient workflows, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet operational targets

Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Provide hands-on support and coaching to production staff to develop their skills

Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for systemic improvements

Ensure that all manufacturing equipment is maintained in good working order.

Coordinate with maintenance personnel to address equipment issues promptly.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials are available when needed.

Identify and resolve production problems and issues in a timely manner.
