The production manager will be working with the Managing and Production Directors to achieve the require daily and week production.

The roll includes:

  • Daily hands-on staff management
  • Daily management of shift supervisors to achieve the required production.
  • Production Planning
  • Finished goods inventory management.
  • Ingredient and packaging ordering and stock management
  • Management of the cleaning team
  • Strong understanding of HACCP principles
