The right Applicant will be:

Have the confidence and experience to run a conveyancing file from beginning to end for Victorian files

Have an ingrained approach of being proactive and organised, even in times of busy workload and pressure

Flexible to work as a mixed aged team with a set structure and systems of how we do things – you will need to adapt to our thorough ways of working

Be able to work from home and keep focused while being part of our team

Naturally able to provide timely, professional and empathetic client contact

Flexible to conduct verbal or written contract reviews online or via the phone with clients

Professional, positive and solution-focused

Leading a file from beginning to the end in accordance with our processes and systems·

Calendar management and managing your workflow to ensure all tasks done on time

Work in with our team to help them complete their files and tasks where required - be a genuine team player!

Liaising with clients, external solicitors and conveyancers, banks, finance brokers, government agencies and others to ensure the conveyancing process runs smoothly

Excellent file management and accuracy in record keeping
