We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Conveyancer to join our team at Sarah Walsh Conveyancing & Leasing Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in providing conveyancing services to our valued clients.

About the role

Managing conveyancing sale and purchases from pre-exchange to settlement.

Assisting with related property transfers.

Conducting thorough property searches, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyance

Collaborating with other team members to deliver seamless, efficient, and client-focused legal services

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the firm's high standards of service and compliance

About you

A valid license to practice as a Licensed Conveyancer in New South Wales

Extensive experience in conveyancing - minimum 5 years

Positive can-do outlook and approach to work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality, accurate, and timely legal services

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks

Proficiency in using legal software and technology to streamline workflows and enhance client service
