About Us
Our client, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and families, is seeking a skilled Platform Administrator Team Lead to join their IT department. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, enhance IT systems, and contribute to a meaningful mission.
Role Overview
As the Platform Administrator Team Lead, you will manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and mentor a team of IT professionals. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems, and drive improvements in user experience and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT support team.
Oversee system administration and support requests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable IT solutions.
Conduct QA testing and resolve system issues.
Provide training and documentation on system updates.
Manage escalated support tickets and enhance user experience.

Key Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint).
Previous IT support and leadership experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector is a plus.
Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
