Senior Contracts Administrator – Commercial Construction | Brisbane

Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator ready to take on a new challenge with a reputable construction group? We're working with a growing team that delivers high-quality commercial and development projects across Brisbane, with individual project values up to $30M.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate and professional team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of diverse, high-value projects in a business that values people and performance equally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vital support to the project management team across all phases of project delivery
• Manage subcontractor procurement, variations, claims, and contract administration
• Maintain strong cost control and reporting using project management software (e.g., Jobpac)
• Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation across all project activities
• Build and maintain solid working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in a Contracts Administrator role within the commercial construction space
• Project exposure up to $30M
• Strong working knowledge of subcontractor management, commercial contracts, and BCIPA
• Advanced skills with job costing/project management software (Jobpac experience highly regarded)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High level of commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster long-term business relationships
