This reputable contractor employs over 100 staff across 5 different office locations throughout Australia and provide strong systems, procedures, excellent senior staff to develop off whilst offering great career development opportunities.

Role

Joining the team as a Senior Contract Administrator/ Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for all procurement, letting, vetting and negotiating of trades, head & sub contract management, stakeholder management and general administration duties.

You will also be responsible for developing, upskilling and mentoring Contract Administrators, whilst leading and ensuring the project makes profit.

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you will have the following:

  • Degree in Construction, or Diploma in Building
  • At least 5-7 years’ of Industry experience within Commercial Construction industry.
  • A strong understanding of cost reporting and understanding of Jobpac
  • Experience working with projects at a minimum of $40M
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
