I am working with a reputable Tier 2 commercial construction company to help them find two Senior Contract Administrators to work across Education, Industrial and Commercial projects in SEQ.

This company has been been operating for over 100 years in QLD and has developed a great reputation, becoming leaders in their chosen sectors.

This role is ideal for a CA with 5+ years experience to take that next step into a Senior role.

Requirements & Role

• 5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role
• Preferably experience working on Commercial, Government, Industrial, Education or Retail projects from $10M+
• Proven tenure and longevity in past roles
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Experience with Jobpac or similar is highly regarded
• Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
