About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Leading Air Solutions as a Heating and Cooling Service and Repairs Technician. In this full-time role, you will be based out of our Clyde North location and will be responsible for providing high-quality service and repairs for our residential and commercial clients throughout the local area.

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing on a wide range of heating and cooling systems

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with gas ducted heaters and evaporative coolers

Carry out repairs and replacements as needed to restore systems to full working order

Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work completed

Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

What we're looking for

Extensive practical experience as a HVAC service and repairs technician, ideally 2+ years

Demonstrated ability to effectively diagnose and repair a wide range of heating and cooling equipment

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to clients

A valid driver's licence

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Commitment to working safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations
