About the role!

This role will be based at our Heidelberg West Operations Hub, where our Service Team currently looks after our repairs and warranty inquiries from customers. You will be part of the Service team assisting with the daily equipment inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

Identify faults on equipment, and order the respective replacements if required.

Perform service checklists to customers equipment.

Perform repairs, warranty checks, and service assessments onsite and offsite (Van and equipment will be provided for offsite visits).

Assist the Customer Service Team with estimations and information regarding repairs.

Assist the field support team with complex deliveries and installation of equipment.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a technician is essential, and experience with Healthcare equipment is highly advantageous (Air Mattresses, Power Wheelchairs, Scooters, Recliners etc).

Ability to prioritize tasks and repairs, based on urgency, relevance and available parts.

Strong computer literacy, or experience using a ticketing system to manage inquiries.

Product knowledge is highly advantageous, but specific product training will be provided.

Drivers license (Offsite repairs and service may be required from time to time).
