You will have responsibility for all Inbound and Outbound shipments including planning and scheduling of pick-up trucks, containers, couriers and all types of deliveries from the warehouse. This position will require a strong solution-based approach as you will be coordinating with carriers and suppliers to resolve any shipping issues and logistical operations from the warehouse.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide end-to-end Logistics support for Warehouse Operations

Keep tracking spreadsheets up to date for Warehouse logistics data to identify items received & dispatched for the Project and job site.

Manage contractors according to quality procedures.

Logistics Planning Support for All warehouse deliveries to job sites.

Strong awareness of safety and safety prevention.

Management of defect identification and cataloguing on all incoming stock

What we are looking for:

Past experience as a Logistics Support Officer or similar in a Warehouse environment

Diploma or Certificate IV in Logistics (will be highly regarded but not essential)

Strong administration or customer service and customer service skills

Good computer and communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Strong attention to detail & time management skills

Have a strong degree of safety knowledge associated with working in a warehouse.
