  • Develop intelligence plan including collection plan and operational actions plan.
  • Provide the management team with timely and professional advice on issues concerning intelligence systems, procedures and issues as they relate to a
    correctional environment
  • Identify and report on emerging trends to the management team from a strategic point of view as they relate to a correctional environment
  • Provide high-level briefings to the management team on matters which affect the security and good order of the centre
  • Liaise with the General Manager, QCS Intelligence Group in Central Office as well as external security agencies on behalf of the General Manager
  • Share outcome of intelligence process using QCS Intelligence system
  • Undertake Escape Risk Assessments
  • Consult a wide-range of stakeholders in order to conduct intelligence assessments and brief various elements of management and senior management on issues relating to security and intelligence
