Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Copier Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing copiers and other office equipment. The Copier Technician will work closely with customers to ensure their equipment is functioning properly and will provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure copiers and other office equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on copiers and other office equipment
• Diagnose and repair copiers and other office equipment
• Order and replace parts as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Train clients on how to use copiers and other office equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs

Requirements:

• Experience preferred but not essential as a Copier Technician or similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of copiers and other office equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license - a company vehicle will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry under health and safety management
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in various environments, & complete site compliance when required.

Salary: up to $80,000.00 negotiable commensurate with experience.
