The Role

We are inviting applications from motivated and reliable Field Service Technicians, with a background in either Mechanical or Auto-Electrical repair, to join our current outstanding team of Technicians based here in Brisbane.

The role offers tremendous variety in servicing and repairing both battery electric and internal combustion floor cleaning equipment, as well as outdoor maintenance solutions including industrial sweepers, scrubbers, street sweepers and ride on mowers. Much of your day will be spent in the field carrying out these services and repairs, but our fully maintained workshop is available for use when the need arises. The need to be flexible is a must, travel to rural and remote locations throughout Queensland would be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and quote repairs to equipment.

Complete scheduled servicing and breakdown repairs, according to company expectations.

Achieve and deliver Company and individual KPIs.

Skills Required:

Mechanical/Automotive Electrical qualification and experience.

Strength in trouble shooting and problem solving.

Be a strong communicator with exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent time management skills

Intermediate computer skills

Previous experience in a similar service role is preferred but not essential.
