Field Service Technician – Brisbane

Flexihire is currently expanding it's operation in Brisbane and is looking for experienced Field Service Technicians to support the growth in the region.

About the role

The role is to support the 4 branches in the Brisbane region with on site scheduled maintenance and repairs of our hire equipment including EWP's, Forklifts, Earthmoving, Compaction and power generation equipment.

• Full time position
• Field service vehicle and mobile phone & laptop supplied

To Succeed

To succeed in this role the main attributes we are looking for are energy and a willingness to support the customer and your team mates. In addition to this the following items are also required:

• Proven mechanical troubleshooting acumen
• Mechanical trade qualification Cert III or equivalent
• Upbeat nature and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Excellent level of customer service
• An understanding of industrial equipment with both diesel and petrol engines
• Adopt and comply with a high level of safe work culture within our company
• Forklift licence desirable but not mandatory
• Current drivers licence.
• Hire Industry experience highly desirable
• Experience with compaction and earthmoving equipment highly desirable
• Experience with EWP'S & Forklifts desirable but not mandatory.
• Good level of computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Baseplan - desirable but not mandatory) or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills & team spirit & strong customer focus.
• Well presented.
