Total Remuneration $130,788 to $146,195 pa (including salary of $110,518 to $123,537 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Position Requirements

Knowledge of best-practice change management principles.

Understanding of workforce planning principles and practices.

Knowledge of higher education environments, and particularly the factors contributing to student success.

Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
