About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves the following:

• Provide exceptional customer service in the process of completing sales.
• Establish, build, and develop new or pre-existing business relationships to generate new business.
• Preparing all sales paperwork and required documentation to facilitate sales, whilst maintaining company and audit compliance requirements at all times
• Entering and updating all sales paperwork and required documentation to facilitate all sales, ensuring the system is constantly up to date with the latest information
• Assisting Sales Team with company field and sale days
• Preparing and distributing daily and weekly sales reports to management
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvements, marketing and sales.
• Adhere to company core values.

This role requires an experienced administrator who demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure both autonomously, without micro-supervision, and as a team player.

A high level of maturity and diplomacy is required at all times coupled with highly developed time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines, while dealing with conflicting and varied demands in a mature and professional manner.

This position will suit a person who can work independently as well as with a strong supportive team.

To be successful for this role you will must possess the following attributes:

• Current QLD Drivers Licence
• Sales experience of at least 2+ years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good understanding of general IT systems
• Fast-learning
• Report writing ability
• Exceptional communication and proven outstanding customer service
• Strong relationship builder
• Self-motivated individual, coupled with the ability to work autonomously
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time
• Professional personal presentation
