Predictive Recruitment Partners has been engaged by Integrated Industrial to find an experienced and highly organised Clothing Coordinator to join their specialised, professional team.

As the organisation continues to grow its market share in the uniform and clothing space, they are seeking an experienced Clothing Coordinator to join the team.

About the role:
This highly task-oriented role is an opportunity for an experienced Clothing Coordinator to bring significant value to the sales team by proactively and seamlessly coordinating the entire order process from procurement to fulfilment.

It will see you adhering to established guidelines and procedures, with an expectation that work will be done correctly and on time, the first time. Strong follow through is essential to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks. Problem-solving needs to happen in real time and the job demands the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the flow of routine, daily tasks.

The role involves building solid, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The position also requires exceptionally high attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a strong understanding of the mining and industrial uniform sector.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sales Support: Providing direct support to the sales team by managing internal orders, ensuring accurate processing of mining and industrial uniform sales.
  • Coordination of Embroidery: Liaising with embroidery vendors and internal teams to ensure that logos, names, and other customisations are accurately applied to uniforms according to client specifications.
  • Warehouse Packing Coordination: Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure correct, secure, and timely packing and shipment of completed uniform orders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining up-to-date inventory records, tracking stock levels for various uniform styles, sizes, and customisations, and coordinating with vendors for reordering when necessary.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensuring that all orders, including those requiring embroidery, are processed and shipped in a timely manner, meeting customer deadlines and specifications.
  • Customer Service: Acting as the point of contact for the internal sales teams and clients, providing updates on order statuses, tracking information, and handling inquiries regarding product customisation, delivery, and packaging.
  • Sales Reporting: Generating reports on sales, stock levels, embroidery progress, and warehouse packing status, providing insights to management for better decision-making.
  • Quality Control: Overseeing the quality assurance process to ensure that all uniforms meet the necessary standards, especially with regard to embroidery accuracy, durability, and overall product quality.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure alignment between internal sales, inventory, and overall business goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise in the sales, embroidery, packing, or delivery process to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all mining and industrial uniforms meet industry safety standards and client specifications.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a sales coordination, administration, or operations role, preferably within the mining, industrial, or workwear clothing industry
  • Knowledge of embroidery processes and the ability to coordinate customised clothing orders.
  • Familiarity with warehouse packing and logistics procedures
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or sales management software (e.g., CRM systems, ERP systems)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
  • A passion for customer service and delivering high-quality products to meet client needs.


You will also be highly regarded if you can demonstrate:

  • Experience with mining or industrial workwear products, including safety regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of custom embroidery and garment decoration techniques
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics coordination.
