Must have NV1 Clearance

Previous work experience in ACIC is a huge plus.

Client: ACIC

Key Duties:

Developing systems analysis artefacts in consultation with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Examining business problems and determining the requirements for an enhanced or new information system

Participating and contributing to Program Increment Planning sessions, daily standups and sprint reporting

Advising on the choice of techniques, tools and processes for modelling and analysis activities and tasks

Applying knowledge of systems analysis methods and techniques, modelling and quality assurance.

Utilising research skills to analyse and articulate features.

Building and sustaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Investigating system needs, problems and opportunities and contributing to business improvements

Identifying problems, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action

Identifying potential business benefits and options to realise system improvements

Managing, guiding, mentoring and sharing expertise with other Systems Analysts

Providing advice and guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Assessing and evaluating business requirements, system specifications and user documentation

Contributing to improvements and information management practices and procedures.

Essential Criteria:

5+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst.

Strong interpersonal skills, including both oral and written communication.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and effectively manage expectations.

(This includes supervision and productive working relationships of technical teams and team members.)
