Our client is an Earthmoving and Civil Contracting company who are seeking a full-time, permanent, Site Supervisor, for ongoing projects across the Coffs Harbour region!

What’s on offer?

Start Date: Happy to consider 2-4 weeks’ notice period

Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Phone, Laptop or iPad and a Work Vehicle are included!

Purpose of the role:

This position is responsible for providing project management and supervision on site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

External works

GPS operation

Subcontract management

Monitoring budget programs

Ensuring that works comply with all technical safety and environmental standards

Management and leadership of construction teams

Mandatory Requirements:

Relevant Civil Construction Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years industry experience

Experience in estimating for civil construction projects is advantageous

Problem solving, negotiation, communication and conflict resolution skills are essential

Must have Drivers Licence

Must have White Card

Must have 2 x work references
