About the Role:
Elite Resource Australia are currently seeking skilled Excavator Operators with GPS Final Trim experience to join our team on a range of civil and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator who takes pride in precision work and operating to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Final trim excavations using GPS-guided systems (Trimble, Topcon or similar)
• Trenching, battering, detailed excavation and pad preparation
• Reading and interpreting plans and site drawings
• Daily pre-starts and equipment checks
• Working closely with site supervisors and project managers to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Safe operation in accordance with site and company protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, with final trim capability
• Competent in using GPS machine control systems (e.g. Trimble, Topcon)
• Relevant plant operating tickets and White Card
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high-precision results
• HR/MR License (advantageous but not essential)
