Role Overview:
The Excavator Operators will be responsible for the operation of excavators to assist with excavation, earthworks, and site preparation for various construction tasks, including drainage installation, demolition, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators (5tn-30tn) for a range of activities including digging, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation.
• Contribute to the demolition works by clearing and removing existing materials.
• Execute earthworks, such as leveling, grading, and preparing the site for drainage and concrete works.
• Follow safety procedures and site regulations, ensuring compliance with all safety requirements.
• Work effectively with other machinery operators, skilled labourers, and the site team to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct daily checks and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

• Excavator Operator ticket/licence is required. Posi ticket is desirable.
• Prior experience in civil construction, particularly in earthworks, drainage, pipe laying, and roadworks.
• Ability to work across both day and night shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
