ABOUT THE ROLE
Use your existing skills in a new Career Path. Assist the Project Director to manage a portfolio of major projects through procurement, design, tender and delivery. Assist managing the Contract Administration and Delivery through construction. Develop your overall skills and progress to Project Manager.

DUTIES

• Support Project Director and SPM team
• Manage Consultant teams and Head Contractor
• Drive Project Outcomes and Deadlines

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree qualification in construction management (or similar)
• Local industry experience
• Exposure to new build development projects (residential, commercial, retail and mixed use preferred)
• Exposure in Contracts Administration
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
