Job Description: They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, from initiation to closure.

Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Ensure that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction or project management, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
