What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key part in ensuring all HSQE systems, policies, and procedures are not just maintained - but embedded into everyday operations. From leading site audits and risk assessments to running training and driving compliance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Implement and maintain Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental systems to meet legal and operational standards
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Collaborate with teams to drive HSQE best practices and continuous improvement
• Deliver training programs and support onboarding of new team members
• Monitor HSQE performance and support risk management activities

What You Bring

• Cert IV in WHS (Diploma in WHS desirable)
• Experience in applying ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks
• Additional qualifications like Lead Auditor, TAE, Food Safety, or Risk Management are a big bonus
• Comfortable working in remote or workforce accommodation settings (or similar industries)
• A current driver's license and First Aid certification
