We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join a leading global technology company as a ServiceNow Architect to be based in Sydney NSW.

In this role, you will design, implement, and manage ServiceNow platforms, ensuring exceptional client engagement, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with proposed architecture and designs.
• Design and develop ServiceNow data models for ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB process integrations.
• Build and customize ServiceNow applications, including UI, workflows, and module configurations, based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with other administrators and developers to deliver updates and manage configuration requests.
• Ensure timely deployment of ServiceNow updates with minimal disruption to operations.
• Continuously enhance processes, policies, tools, and standards.
• Gather and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Partner with business and IT teams to address ongoing configuration, implementation, and support needs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Service Management, Asset Management, and Configuration Management.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing ITAM/ITSM tools using ITIL best practices.
• Hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support).
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external applications using Web Services, REST APIs, etc.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, JDBC, and object-oriented methodologies.
• Knowledge of UI development (HTML5, XML, CSS) and CMS platforms.
• Experience designing and developing RDBMS systems (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• ServiceNow certification (highly regarded).

Salary Package: $170K-$180K Base + Superannuation
