Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, assess current-state environments, and design future-state architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across ServiceNow delivery teams and projects.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform implementation across multiple modules and domains.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Strong consulting background with experience engaging directly with clients in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of ITIL practices and enterprise service management principles.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer are highly regarded.
