Restaurant managers report directly to the Restaurant General Manager.

You will be responsible for all operations of the restaurant on shift including.

Team direction and daily briefings.

Managing staffing levels, allocations, breaks and finish times

Daily planning of Restaurant Operations.

Maintaining high standards of customer experience and communication.

POS functions cash handling and reconciliation.

Some Hospitality management experience is required, training will be provided.

Hospitality management qualifications are a plus but not a requirement.
