About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Mario's Italian Restaurant in Broadbeach, QLD. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time role based in our Broadbeach location.

What you'll be doing

Managing and leading a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver consistently great service

Creating and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability

Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Fostering a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and the customer experience

Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (4+ years) in a restaurant management role, preferably in a full-service restaurant

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering an exceptional dining experience
