We’re looking for a smart, detail-driven compliance specialist to help us lead aged care quality into the future. At Trilogy Care, we deliver care differently with transparency, choice, and impact. This role is perfect for someone who understands aged care legislation and thrives on bridging the gap between policy and practice.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a full policy and compliance review aligned to the Aged Care Act 2024

• Conduct a gap analysis across quality standards and operations

• Develop and implement clear, audit-ready policy and QA documentation

• Monitor compliance with external providers and embed best practice

• Keep policies up to date and usable across diverse internal teams

• Deliver internal guidance, training and reporting for operational teams

What You’ll Bring

• Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024 and quality standards

• Experience in compliance, quality, or policy development in health or aged care

• Confidence interpreting legislation and turning it into clear, usable processes

• Skills in internal audits, risk mitigation and QA frameworks

• Ability to lead policy projects and collaborate cross-functionally
