As our Quality and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation’s quality framework, contract management, and legislative compliance. Working closely with executive leadership, service managers, and external stakeholders, you will ensure our policies, systems, and services are aligned with regulatory standards and best practice.
Key Focus Areas:
Quality assurance and continuous improvement
Internal and external auditing
Legislative and contractual compliance
Policy development and implementation
Contract oversight and performance monitoring
Staff coaching and training in compliance best practice
This position plays a vital role in safeguarding the integrity, efficiency, and impact of our service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously, collaborating across departments, and supporting others to meet compliance goals.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven success in developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Strong knowledge of legislative, regulatory, and sector compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to coordinate audits and oversee continuous improvement processes
Experience in managing contracts and performance benchmarks
Outstanding communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong reporting, documentation, and organisational skills
Mandatory Requirements:
Current driver’s licence
Positive Notice Blue Card & Yellow Card (or ability to obtain)
Satisfactory National Police Certificate
