CoreData is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support the operations of a global research business through a range of administrative duties.
Based in Sydney and reporting directly to the Global CEO, this role offers unique exposure to senior leaders and the intricacies of business and market development within the financial services industry.
This is a full-time role, with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
The ideal candidate will bring a wide range of administration and clerical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook). Applicants should be willing and is ready to start immediately
This is a busy and dynamic role requiring a self-starter who excels at prioritizing, multitasking, and collaborating within a global team. Working closely with teams in Australia, Philippines, United Kingdom, and the United States, you will be part of a small, close-knit leadership group focused on driving global business and research operations.
What you’ll be doing
Assist with daily administrative duties, including:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, travel coordination, and diary management.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, food delivery, and cleaning services.
Provide full administrative support to the Global CEO, with a focus on operational and admin-related tasks
Coordinate and book meetings across departments, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely communication.
Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly.
Act as a point of contact for operational matters, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
What you’ll bring to the role
At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an operations, administration, or office management role.
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Professional, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard productivity tools.
