This position involves answering phone inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks related to insurance claims.

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and assisting customers

Handling administrative tasks for vehicle repairs and insurance claims

Providing excellent customer service and support

Managing documentation and data entry

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or admin roles (preferably in the automotive or insurance industry)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
